Richard holds a BA (Hons) in Finance and Law, with over 10 years’ financial services experience and 5 years in specialist insurance broking.
He has led teams at both independent and national brokerages and is known for his client-focused approach and deep market knowledge. Passionate about personal service, Richard ensures every client feels valued and supported.

I have worked in Commercial Insurance for 30+ years, starting as an underwriter, then moving into a broking role for the majority of my career
I have been a Senior Broker since 2016, specialising in New Business placement. As well as this, I’m Team Leader for the New Business team.

With over 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, I began my career in personal lines before transitioning to commercial insurance in 2020.
In 2023, I started out in renewal handling. I now oversee both broking and the management of our new Appointed Representatives, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued support.
